We use several couriers based on which products are ordered. This is so we can tailor the best delivery service for our customers

We ship all orders on a 3-5 business days service.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £50.

0.0kg - 24.99kg: £6.99
25.00kg+ : £11.99

Regardless of weight, if you order over £50 you will still qualify for free shipping.

Bespoke pet enclosures are offered within 50 miles of Fareham Hampshire. We will contact you after your enquiry/order to advise of a delivery date. Please email us at info@jbspethavenco.co.uk for more information.

We reserve the right to despatch orders via any courier deemed the most suitable.

Should you wish to return any item, you will need to let us know within 14 days of you receiving the goods by emailing us at info@jbspethavenco.co.uk .

Goods which are not in a re-saleable condition, that have been used, or that show signs of excessive handling will not be accepted unless the goods were damaged or faulty when received. Please include any images of the goods in your email.

We are not able to accept goods that were “bespoke made” unless they are faulty. Returned goods will need to be sent at your own cost, unless an item is shown to be faulty when received.

Should you require an item collecting please specify in your email and we will advise of any costs incurred.
